Payment

Payment is due when you place your order.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  If Paypal is more convenient for you, send us your order via our Contact Form and we'll send you the invoice; then you can make the payment.

Shipping

All orders are shipped as soon as possible.  Generally, they are shipped the day after purchase.  If we anticipate any delay in your order, we'll e-mail you and let you know.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you're not satisfied with our product, give us a call and we'll replace your product with another or give you your money back.

Wholesale

Wholesale inquiries are welcome.  Please submit your inquiry via our Contact Form.

Private Label

Private label orders are for those who would like Earthistry soaps without a label on them.  These are especially useful for weddings and baby showers where you want to put your own label saying something like, "It's a Boy!" on the soaps.  We are happy to give you a quote for any order based on the number of soaps you might need.  We are even able to offer other sizes (3 oz. and 1 oz.) for such needs, if so desired.
